Four of us showed up yesterday to have our Monday morning workout and the Center was closed - Veteran's Day. Apparently the Center is closed for all Federal Holidays - no mail = no class. Who knew? I feel bad for the moms that came out and wasted your time, I wish I had known last week. Well, now we know. I already checked for 2008 and it looks like we might only have to cancel classes two times, once in Jan and once in Feb. When the center is closed in May, July, Sept, and Oct we should be able to have our workout outside, if the weather cooperates. Luckily, Thanksgiving and Christmas are on a Thurs and Tues this year, and a Thurs, Thurs next year (thank you leap year for skipping over Wednesday!). Maybe by then we will have class 5 days a week and then cancelling one day won't be so bad.
On a happier note, Baby Fest went well and hopefully we'll see 4-5 new moms come check out our class.
